Caliber Collision

They do a really good job at repairing your vehicle. They also go out their way to work around your schedule so you wouldn’t have to alter your plans that much. Front desk service was pretty nice as well. All smiles jokes, and business all at the same time. They actually help you feel like I feel you are at home.

Felicia and Marcos made the process so easy and were both very helpful. I received an update daily and car was ready a little earlier than expected. My car looked great after the work was done. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Absolutely great customer experience. I was unfortunate enough to have to come here twice, but thank god for this shop and the people here. Byron is a great technician and very knowledgable. The first time I had to come here to get my front end and a headlight replaced and redone. It looked good as new and I never had any problems with dates. Everything was done on time and very professionally. The second time around, I was looking to get a quarter panel fixed and some paint done. After getting a very timely quote for the repair, I decided I needed to wait and gave Byron a call. I told him my situation and said that if I could, I’d just like to get my door working again since it was getting caught on the quarter panel. He told me on the phone to take a stop by, and came out with a metal spatula and bent it out to let the door work again for free. Great people, great customer experience, and great product outcome. Will be recommending to any friends or family in the area.

Caliber Collision delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their customer service and communication were outstanding — clear, proactive, and professional every step of the way. What truly impressed me most was that they completed the repairs two weeks ahead of schedule, without compromising an ounce of quality. In today’s world, that level of efficiency paired with excellence is rare. The workmanship speaks for itself. The repairs are absolutely flawless, and the attention to detail is beyond compare. My truck looks incredible — you would never know it had been damaged. I couldn’t be happier with the decision to trust them with my vehicle. This specific location in College Station, TX handled the intake, and my vehicle was transferred to the Huntsville facility for paint and repairs. The coordination between teams was seamless. My service advisor, Robert Benet, was outstanding — professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. He set the tone for what true customer care should look like. If you’re looking for a team that operates with integrity, efficiency, and pride in their craft, Caliber Collision doesn’t just meet the standar
